Petaluma Records has released the official video for “Stompin’ Ground” featuring Aaron Neville and Dirty Dozen Brass Band. The recording is the second single to be released from the forthcoming soundtrack, Take Me To The River: New Orleans, due on April 1.

Take Me To The River: New Orleans was directed by Martin Shore and explored the rich musical history, heritage, culture and legacy of The Big Easy and Louisiana. 

Shore shared with Relix, “Aaron Neville, Charles Neville, Ivan Neville, Ian Neville, George Porter Jr., and The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, were simply amazing.” He continued, “After a short rehearsal it was a one take wonder! Everybody involved was on their A-Game. ‘Stompin’ Ground’ really embodies what Take Me to the River: New Orleans film, record, and live show represents.”

Take Me To The River: New Orleans soundtrack will be released on April 1, on CD, deluxe vinyl set featuring two albums and a large format 60-page book, and digital album.
