Joe Russo’s Almost Dead have released the daily schedules and announced additional performances for their upcoming weekend at the LOCKN’ Farm.
The band’s initial LOCKN’ Farm announcement included six sets of Joe Russo’s Almost Dead along with a reunion of The Slip. Today, the band has revealed that the weekend will also include hour-long “Other Shit” sets of non-Grateful Dead material on Friday, Aug. 20 and Saturday, Aug. 21.
“We’re also happy to announce a special JRAD acoustic set, Sunday afternoon in Garcia’s Forest! With this much time (and amazing friends) on-site, we thought it would be a shame to not explore these other realms! Hope to see you all on the farm!” the band said in a statement.
The weekend will also include late-night super-jams in Garcia’s Forest featuring Medeski and Martin as well as members of JRAD and The Slip.
