Grateful Dead HQ continues their All The Years Live video series this week with a tight, set one “Brown-Eyed Women” from their July 1, 1992 stop at Ohio’s Buckeye Lake Music Center.
“One of Jerry’s most-played first songs, with almost 350 live performances, this version comes on the last day of the Summer Tour of 1992, after which the Dead would take a well-deserved, and needed, rest until December,” explains GD archivist/legacy manager David Lemieux.
Previously, Lemieux and company shared the “Stagger Lee” from the same show for All The Years Live.

July 11, 2020 at 2:52 pmThis video kind of speaks for itself – Ol’ Jer was not in the best of ways. When he wasn’t, the rest of the boys could only do so much. Jump ahead one year at Buckeye to 6.1.93 and catch that show – like falling in love all over again, late in life. There was a bumper sticker around back in the mid 80s – Jerry wobbles, but he doesn’t fall down. What a soul.
