Circles Around The Sun has announced Interludes: The Complete Set-Break Recordings, which consists of “nearly five hours of music recorded for the intermission at Levi’s Stadium and Soldier Field in 2015.” (Quote via the band’s announcement post.) The album is available now on the band’s Bandcamp page.
According to the same post, “these sessions represent the birth of Circles Around the Sun and would ultimately become the band’s debut album, ‘Interludes for the Dead.’ Available now on Bandcamp, the collection includes never before released tracks, previously unheard music, alternate and extended mixes and studio banter.”
To purchase the new record, head to Circles Around The Sun’s Bandcamp page.

Censor my comment about my own experience with suicidal ideation & bullying due to neverending nonsense from people in your “scene” and leave the other garbage so I have one more biased screenshot to add to my folder. I made comments speaking about suicide (past tense, thanks for your concern) on Jambands.com, relix.com, various facebook, instagram & youtube channels, and more, all of which were moderated and censored
I spoke up about the bullying I endured from staff & performers on the now defunct jamcruise forums, as well as reddit, which were quickly moderated as well. Cloud 9 Adventures, Inc., is not a fan of free speech, but they don’t mind if their people are bullying some dumb kid with autism
The first time I ever contemplated suicide was on June 2nd, 2017, when KDTU declared war on me in podunk WV, “weirding” people out per an unbiased review of a writer who reported on this encounter, while I was in attendance. The last show I ever saw & the last lightshow I performed was on that same date in June 2017. PTSD isn’t the right word but people will not leave me alone or let things rest. I’m not suicidal, but I have had suicidal thoughts every day since June 2nd, 2017, sometimes for an hour or two, sometimes it’s a fleeting thought
I spent more than 5 months between June & November of 2017 contemplating & working up the courage on a daily basis. I began selling all of my possessions, moving money around, writing notes, action-lists, researching green cemeteries, tying up loose ends, all and all really trying to push myself towards a yes/no after years & years of provocations from musicians associated with Jamcruise over my autism & social anxiety. 7+ years later and I’m still receiving prank calls and obnoxious anonymous emails. Annabel Lukins, you should have intervened while this took place on your watch
Once you find a method that is effective & pain free it’s all a matter of losing touch with reality. Provoking someone to the point where they are (past tense) suicidal is not rock n roll. That is bullying. Censor this comment relix, it’s off topic unlike the stuff above mocking people & antagonizing people won’t get you any clickbait
RIP Neal
His passing hit me hard even though I was a casual listener. Should have made it to Lock’n. that first CATS album really helped me out. I listen to little music these days but I’ll probably purchase this, even though I don’t care for 90% of the other stuff from this community

June 27, 2020 at 1:35 pmHonestly, that was the best part of the FTW nonsense… I noticed that great stuff immediately and was bored AF when the money-grabbers took the stage.

June 29, 2020 at 10:07 amYOU work for free? Playing music is their job and supports their families. DEAD shows were all free in the 70s, 80s, and 90s? YOU were told the price of a ticket and it was your decision to buy or not buy. YOU are no more entitled to any certain price for a concert, a car or bag of groceries. With all the places to freely download the music whiners like YOU sicken many of us. I went to the Chicago shows and friends back home had the music before I got back. And I certainly wasn’t bored either.

June 29, 2020 at 7:20 pmJim you’re an asshole… They mailed it in… they hardly practiced at all, you dumb fuck Jim. The general consensus, Jim, you idiot, is that the shows sucked.. Jim you eunuch, they admitted they hardly practiced and it showed. Many people spent lots of money to see a band that was not ready to play, Jim, you miserable dope. Also, Jimbo, If you let online posts sicken you Jim, then you are in fact the pussy you see in the mirror, Jim
Dude
June 29, 2020 at 11:19 pmJer, you’re the asshole. The general consensus was that the shows were great fun. Maybe some of the music wasn’t great, but most was and most importantly, it was FUN to be at a show again with friends.
