Earlier this week, Chris and Rich Robinson offered the first of their “Brothers of a Feather” tour dates in London, reviving an acoustic tradition that was encapsulated in their 2010 album Croweology.

And while many expected the brothers to pull exclusively from their debut Shake Your Money Maker – which is the overarching theme of their celebratory outing – they were sure to toss in plenty gems from the Crowes songbook.

Amorica cut “Wiser Time” made its first appearance since 2014, following the opening Money Maker tunes “Jealous Again” and “Twice As Hard.”

Similarly, the following “Thorn in My Pride” and “Good Friday,” were last performed at the same Boston gig on Feb. 8, 2014.

The Crowes’ first “Horsehead” in a decade came next (LTP 9/6/10), and similar bustouts came in spades: “Hotel Illness” (first since 2014), “Whoa Mule” (first since 2013), “So Many Times” (first since 2013) and “Soul Singing” (first since 2014).

The band’s smash-hit pairing of “She Talks To Angels” and “Remedy” closed out their single, unplugged set, and they were sure to encore with Little Feat’s “Willin’,” a tune they regularly covered during their touring days.
