Guitarist and singer-songwriter Jackie Greene has shared a new preview of his upcoming EP The Modern Lives – Vol 2, the follow-up to last year’s Vol 1, with lead single “Crazy Comes Easy.”

The new track features Greene taking on an array of instruments—slide guitar, organ, bass and percussion—and has a bluesy, folk-rock feel that Greene has mastered over his years in various bands and as a solo artist.

The Modern Lives – Vol 2, which is billed as Greene’s folkier companion to the blues-rock Vol 1, is set for release this October on Blue Rose Music. Listen to “Crazy Comes Easy” below, and see where Greene is headed on the road here.
