The Hold Steady have announced their 11th annual Massive Nights holiday celebration. The multi-night concert event will return to Brooklyn, NY’s Brooklyn Bowl from Wednesday, December 2 through Saturday, December 5. This year’s installment finds The Hold Steady celebrating the 20th anniversary of their classic 2006 third studio album, Boys and Girls in America. All shows are billed as “An Evening with The Hold Steady,” boasting two sets on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and no support acts.

Massive Nights 2026 will kick off Wednesday, December 2, with the return of The Hold Steady’s Storytellers set. Thursday, December 3 will be the official anniversary celebration of Boys and Girls in America, featuring a full-album performance and a second set of additional Hold Steady material. Then, on Friday, December 4 and Saturday, December 5, The Hold Steady will perform two unique sets, mixing fan favorites and lesser-played deep-cut selections.

As always, Massive Nights 2026 will feature special add-on events, including a THS Pub Quiz and a soundcheck/happy hour performance at the venue on Friday, December 4. An exclusive Massive Nights 2026 merch bundle—featuring an event tote bag and poster (signed or unsigned)—can be pre-ordered with any ticket.
