Jason Isbell has announced the return of his annual ShoalsFest. The fourth iteration of the musical event will be held at McFarland Park in Muscle Shoals, Ala., on October 11 and 12. In addition to the dates and location of the forthcoming gathering, the host also unveiled the cast of artists taking the stage during the two-day event.

ShoalsFest will feature sets by Isbell and his band, The 400 Unit. Celebrated acts like Jackson Browne, Waxahatchee, MJ Lenderman, Dan Penn and Spooner Oldham, Garrison Starr, and Steve Trash will also perform. Adding to this year’s intrigue, Isbell will join former Drive-By Truckers bandmate Paterson Hood, longtime friend/ collaborator, and fellow Alabama native Chris Tompkins for another “In The Round” set.

“We couldn’t be more excited to bring back ShoalsFest for 2025,” Isbell says. “The lineup is going to be incredible, and I love having the opportunity to play a hometown show and bring world-class artists to the Shoals.”

Isbell’s event harkens to Muscle Shoals’ specialty and its place in music history. A fertile environment known for creative sparks and currents of inspiration felt by soul greats The Staple Sisters, Wilson Pickett, and Aretha Franklin, as well as maven rock acts The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, and many more, who made the trek and recorded at FAME Studios or Muscle Shoals Sound Studio.

General Admission and VIP tickets go on sale on Friday, April 11 at 10 am CT. For more information, visit www.shoalsfest.net.
