Prior to the inaugural Dead Ahead Festival, the Grateful Dead Channel on SiriusXM will feature special guest DJ sets from Sierra Hull and Margo Price, two event participants. The musicians with Grateful Dead ties, via members like Bill Kreutzmann and Bobby Weir, will turn up for previously scheduled appearances and spin some of their favorite Dead material. See the official schedule below.

Impending sets from Hull will occur at midnight on Thursday, Dec. 21, followed by another curated round of music played at 10 a.m. E.T., that same day. Then, on Saturday, Dec. 23, the mandolinist will continue her takeover of the airways with another DJ set slated for 5 p.m. E.T. Her final appearance will occur on Sunday, Dec. 24, at 9 a.m. E.T.

Intertwined with the aforementioned schedule is Price’s sets, which began earlier this morning and will continue tomorrow, Dec. 20, at 5 p.m. Then, the artist will continue with another slot on Friday, Dec. 22, at 3 p.m. E.T., and Saturday, Dec. 23, at 10 a.m. E.T. Her final frame will begin at midnight on Sunday, Dec. 24.

Both Hull and Price will take part in the first-time Dead Ahead gathering. Read more about the event here.
