Today, SunSquabi announced their plans to celebrate the end of 2023. The Colorado-based live-electronica trio will celebrate New Year’s Eve over two nights, with one stop in Milwaukee and another in Minneapolis.
The ensemble–comprised of Kevin Donohue (guitar, keys, production), Josh Fairman (bass, synth) and Chris Anderson (drums)–will perform at Milwaukee’s Miramar Theatre with producer and vocalist Megan Hamilton on Dec. 30 and then head Northwest to jam at Pryes Brewing Co. in Minneapolis on Dec. 31.
The New Year’s Eve show will feature four bands in total, with viral sensation Saxsquatch, fellow Centennial State band and Colorado natives Evanoff, and local group The Histronic joining the bill.
Notably, before ringing in the New Year, SunSquabi are set to embark on an extensive fall tour with K+Lab and Jason Leech, with stops through the East Coast, midwest and Flordia starting Oct. 6. See SunSquabi’s full tour schedule here.
