King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard have announced their initial 2024 North American tour dates. The Australian jammers shared that the new shows will all be performed as 3-hour marathon sets. News of the band’s return to The States arrives after the release of PetroDragonic Apocalypse on June 16, 2023, and their recently concluded U.S. residency tour.

The newly dropped date will take the group to Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, N.Y., for the initial appearance on their forthcoming marathon dates tour. After wrapping their time outside the Big Apple, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard will take the stage at Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island in Chicago on Sept. 1, 2014.

The band will make history at their next stop, the storied Gorge Amphitheatre in Quincy, Wash. At the location, they will put on their largest headlining performance to date Sept. 14, 2024. The status comes given the venue’s spacious location, which holds, at a capacity, 21,600 tickets.

King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard’s final tour stop is slated for Nov. 15, 2024, at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater in Austin, Texas. Currently, the series of four new marathon dates is the only prescheduled concert on the docket for this band.

Pre-sale for newly announced dates begins Wednesday, Sept. 13 at 11 a.m. E.T., for Gizzymail subscribers. General on-sale begins Friday, Sept. 15 at noon p.m. E.T. A full list of dates is below. Tickets will be available at kinggizzardandthelizardwizard.com
