The Lone Bellow, an indie/folk powerhouse, have revealed plans for a special Fall and Winter tour series later this year. The string of shows is set to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the release of their self-titled debut album, offering fans a chance to relive the group’s formative years as they grace intimate stages that played a role in their journey.

The Lone Bellow will perform back-to-back dates in the rooms they frequented over a decade ago, found in cities including Madison, Wis., Minneapolis, Washington D.C., Boston, Philadelphia, and their beloved hometown of New York City, among others. The 10th-anniversary performances will follow a previously announced stint in September and October kicking off on Nov. 2 and running through Dec. 16.

Reflecting on the significance of this milestone, Zach Williams, one of the trio’s members, remarked, “This tour means so much to us celebrating 10 years since our debut record. Thinking back to meeting Brian at Bar4 open mic on a Tuesday night and the early practice sessions with Kanene, Jason Pipkin, Ben Mars, Brian Griffin, Brian Murphy, and Matt Knapp. Making the record with Charlie Peacock and using Rockwood Music Hall as our studio. There was just this palpable love and energy for this thing, so many beautiful moments. Putting it out was a hard and beautiful thing, but here we are, 12 years later as a band, and we’re still making music that we love.”

The Lone Bellow’s self-titled debut album was released in 2013 and produced by Charlie Peacock. The album featured breakout singles like “Green Eyes and a Heart of Gold” and “Bleeding Out,” propelling the trio to widespread recognition. The standout tracks led to performances on Late Night television and at the tops of several music charts.

Last autumn, The Lone Bellow ventured into new creative territory with the release of their fifth studio album, Love Songs for Losers, under Dualtone Music Group. Breaking from convention, the band produced the album themselves and embarked on an eight-week recording process at the former home of Roy Orbison in Nashville, Tenn., resulting in their most expansive and eclectic work to date. This upcoming fall and winter will see The Lone Bellow’s celebratory journey and showcase the spirit of their musical evolution.
