With their summer tour in full swing, The Disco Biscuits are looking toward the future and mapping out their fall plans, which will take them back to some previous haunts, visited over their 25-year career. After partaking in a handful of August appearances, the band will traverse through the Midwest and Northeast throughout September and October. 

Following a night in East Hampton, N.Y., the band will continue with a two-night appearance at the annual Catskill Mountain Jubilee, which comes before their return to Delaware. With August in the books, Disco Biscuits will pick up their next round of gigs beginning Sept. 15, when they arrive in Austin, Texas, for a two-night stand at Far Out Lounge and Stage, featuring support from Sunsquabi and TAUK Moore. The Lone Star State gigs represent their first time playing in the area since 2015.

Ensuing concerts will pick up in Minneapolis, Minn., followed by an evening at Chicago’s Rivera Theatre with support from Sunsquabi. They’ll bring the fun to Milwaukee, Wis., Indianapolis, Ind., and St. Louis before their Oct. 24 stand at Higher Ground in Burlington, Vt. From there, they’ll pick up added gigs in Hartford, Conn., and Portland, Maine. The final pair of newly announced dates will bring The Disco Biscuits to the esteemed Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, N.Y., for a two-night run on Oct. 27 and 28, arriving the Friday and Saturday before Halloween proper, on Oct. 31. 

On the topic of the upcoming tour, Jon “Barber” Gutwillig commented via press release: “The Bisco engine is fully charged, and we’re ready for a hot and ruckus Fall Tour! I’m particularly excited to play Catskill Mountain Jubilee again, as it’s always a big highlight for me and the family every year. Plus long-awaited returns to Austin and Minneapolis, and of course, our home away from home, Chicago, where we have been playing the most epic shows of every tour since the pandemic. Not to mention some Halloween bliss back at the Cap! Hope to see everyone out there, it’s going to be a blast!”
