On Thursday, Oct. 6, moe.’s Al Schnier will perform a free acoustic set as a part of Real Men Wear Pink: A Celebration of Women and The Men Who Support Them at The Stanley Theatre in Utica, N.Y. The event will benefit breast cancer programs, research and services.

In addition to a set by Schnier, the forthcoming charity event will also see additional forms of entertainment, such as a DJ set spun by DJ Ease One and one-of-a-kind artwork by Jordan Case, Theresa Augustine and Misty Macari.

Also included will be a sampling of light fare provided by RoSo’s Cafe and Catering and desserts by locale bake shop, Chef’s Express. The event will also feature a variety of specialty cocktails and a painting raffle for Maria Vallese.

For those unable to make the event yet interested in supporting the cause, donations can be made through the Real Man Wear Pink campaign, which supports breast cancer research, patient support and advocacy via the American Cancer Association.

This event is free, with limited capacity. The folks behind the event have advised hopeful attendees to arrive early.
