Brooklyn, N.Y.-based band The Hold Steady have announced their annual return to New York’s Brooklyn Bowl for a four-night run dubbed Massive Nights 2022. The stretch of shows begins on Nov. 30 and extends through Dec. 3. The ensemble has promised that each night will include visceral storytelling and cheerful sing-alongs.

The Hold Steady was formed in 2003, since they have released numerous singles and eight albums. Moreover, the ensemble – Bobby Drake (drums), Craig Finn (vocals), Tad Kubler (guitar, vocals), Franz Nicolay (keyboards, vocals), Galen Polivka (bass) and Steve Selvidge (guitar, vocals) – has performed in all 50 states, had their music has appeared in television shows, commercials and on the big screen.

This year’s adaptation of the annual four-night affair comes after The Hold Steady return from their multi-show run in cities across the globe. Their yearly stand at the Brooklyn Bowl began in 2016 and will continue this year following the late-November Thanksgiving holiday.
