Brandi Carlile has shared the official music video for “You And Me On The Rock,” off her 2021 album, In These Days of Silence. The video was created, animated and directed by Computer Team and boasts colorful imagery which plays off Carlile’s sentimental lyrics.

Carlile reflected on the track via her Instagram account. She wrote: “This song is for my wife, Catherine. When life changed during quarantine and everything that I identify myself by went away, I was left with a question of ‘is what I’ve built my life on really a solid foundation?’”

The artist went on to add, “I wrote this song and realized that even the most intensely self-identifying things can go away, but what my life is built on, which is faith and my family, it’s a rock, and it’s solid.” That sentiment is captured in the official music video, which is now available to stream via YouTube

Carlile is currently on tour in support of In These Days of Silence, with upcoming tour stops at Nashville, Tenn.’s Ascend Amphitheatre, Morrison, Colo.’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre and New York’s Madison Square Garden. See the complete tour schedule and purchase tickets here.
