Boulder, Colo.-based duo Big Gigantic have announced the upcoming release of their highly-anticipated eighth studio album, Brighter Future 2, due to release on June 10. Along with the album announcement, the gene-bending group detailed an upcoming summer tour and released a new single, “Keep On Rising,” featuring Aloe Blacc.

“Keep On Rising” is the third track shared off Brighter Future 2 following “Deja Vu,” which features producer KOTA The Friend, and Big Gigantic’s most recent work with GRiZ, “Open Your Mind.” The latest release is yet another testament to Big Gigantic’s collaborative skill and is a welcomed indication of an album teeming with sonic unions years in the making.

“Our ‘I Need A Dollar’ remix really kicked off our career so it was great to reconnect with Aloe Blacc on our new song, ‘Keep On Rising,'” said Big Gigantic’s Dominic Lalli in a press release. “Aloe’s lyrical storytelling and energy are such a perfect match for the Big Gigantic sound. It’s an anthem for positivity, rising above, believing in yourself, and never giving up on your dreams, which we think is needed in the world now, more than ever.”

The duo are set to celebrate Brighter Future 2 with a vast live schedule, including newly announced stops at The Complex in Salt Lake City (July 6), the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles (July 9), The Fillmore in Detroit (July 23), The Roadrunner in Boston (July 28), The Brooklyn Mirage Avant Garder (July 30) and more. Previously announced dates include a run at the Red Rock Amphitheatre on Sept. 23-24, along with festival stops including Electric Forest, Summer Camp Music Festival, Elements Music & Arts Festival and more.
