On Sept. 7, MUNA shared their hit song “Silk Chiffon” feat. Phoebe Bridgers, which showcased their palpable style and effervescent energy. Last night, the LA-trio brought it all live to the late-night scene on The Late Late Show with James Corden and brought along Bridgers for good measure.

The high-energy performance featured the members of MUNA Katie Gavin, Josette Maskin and Naomi McPherson surrounded by pink balloons and adorned in what could only be called the finest prom garb. Bridgers came out wearing a suit and a shirt with frills. McPherson said of the track in a press release, “It’s a song for kids to have their first gay kiss to.”

MUNA have also announced a run of headlining dates in early 2022, which complement their already announced tour with Kacey Musgraves.
