Ahead of their new Van Weezer LP – out May 7 via Crush Music/Atlantic – Weezer have released a new ode-to-the-’80s “I Need Some Of That”

Van Weezer will be the band’s 15th studio project, and fans expect to hear a collection of radical tunes, throwing them back to the days of hair metal.

Before the pandemic, Weezer were set to tour alongside Green Day and Fall Out Boy on the Hella Mega tour. Naturally, the tour has been since rescheduled.

In the meantime, Weezer also dropped a tribute to Radiohead, OK Human, in January.
