Warren Haynes has announced two socially-distanced live shows at South Farms in Morris, Conn., set for Sept 12 and 13. These will mark the guitarist/vocalist’s first shows in over six months. Haynes will be joined by his Gov’t Mule bandmate, keyboardist Danny Louis, for a portion of each night’s performance.

According to a post announcing the shows, “these shows are part of the outdoor venue’s socially distanced Twilight Concerts on The Farm concert series, which was created with both safety and the overall concert experience in mind and at the forefront.”

In the post, Haynes detailed the social distancing precautions that will be taken at the event. “Concertgoers purchase an 8’x8’ Grid which is surrounded by an additional Social Distance Grid along with aisle spacing,” read the post. “Each Grid is designed for two guests and is offset to maximize stage view. (Each ticket allows entry for 2 people). Grids cannot be merged and it is required to watch the performance from your designated area. Guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets for comfortable seating and enjoying the farm field. Outside food and beverages are prohibited. Food trucks and a full bar will be available on site.” For more information about the COVID-19 guidelines and safety measures for the shows, click here.

A pre-sale for tickets will begin tomorrow, Aug. 26 at 9 a.m. According to Haynes’ post, “you will need to enter the code OLDFRIEND.” To purchase tickets, click here. See Haynes’ full post below!
