Saxophonist (and multi-instrumentalist) Stuart Bogie will perform a set of three drive-in shows with the Pilobolus Dance Company as part of the Five Senses Festival. The shows will take place July 31 and Aug. 1-2 in New Preston, Conn.

“I’m performing with the fantastic Pilobolus dance company in a socially distanced, drive-thru performance,” wrote Bogie in an Instagram post.

“The reimagined Five Senses Festival is excited to welcome back Stuart Bogie this year!” wrote the festival in their own post. “Stuart has toured and recorded extensively with the groups Antibalas, Arcade Fire, TV on the Radio, and performed as a featured soloist in the original Broadway production of Fela!. As a composer/arranger, he (alongside composer Luke O’Malley) scored the Oscar nominated documentary How To Survive a Plague which featured performances by the Kronos quartet alongside Bogie’s group Superhuman Happiness. Catch him July 31 – August 2 at our newly imagined festival for our socially distant times.”
