The sixth Light Up The Blues benefit will take place on Saturday, May 30 at LA’s Greek Theatre with performances by host Stephen Stills as well as Neil Young, Willie Nelson, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Lucius, Fantastic Negrito, Chris Stills, Oliver Stills and more.

Comedian/musician Jack Black will also act as the evening’s emcee.

“With this year’s stellar lineup — and a meaningful venue in the Greek Theatre, our hometown favorite — I am itching to get on stage with this crew and support the efforts of Autism Speaks. It’s going to be another exciting and marvelous show!” Still said in a press statement.

Just like previous years, under the leadership of Stills and his wife Kristen, proceeds from the show will go towards Autism Speaks, an organization dedicated to research, screenings and transitions into adulthood. (The Stills’ 22-yea-old son Henry was diagnosed with Asperger syndrome as a child and was featured in the 2007 HBO documentary Autism: The Musical.)

“The reason we started Light Up The Blues was out of the void of me not having to be micromanaging Henry so much, as he was finally in a good place,” Kristen told Rolling Stone in 2018. “Stephen and I wanted to give back to families that don’t have time and resources to make their kid’s life a full-time job with lots of overtime.”
