The Mountain Jam festival, which will take place May 29-31 at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Bethel, N.Y., has announced the first artist of the 2020 lineup: The Head and The Heart. In addition, The Head and The Heart announced a tour of their own, which will take place during the late spring and early summer.

After a successful run through the country and parts of Canada this past fall, The Head and The Heart will continue their tour through the spring and early summer. In this round, The Head and The Heart will be bringing Hiss Golden Messenger and Margo Price with them.

The tour will begin on Saturday, April 18 with a performance at the Old Settlers’ Music Festival in Texas and run until Sunday, July 19 at Under The Big Sky Festival.

The Head and The Heart fan club presale will begin on Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 10 a.m. local time until 10 a.m. local time on Thursday, Feb. 6. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, Feb. 7 at 1 p.m. local time. For more information, head to theheadandtheheart.com.

In addition to their tour, The Head and The Heart also released a music video for “Honeybee” from their 2019 album Living Mirage. “It was fun exploring juxtaposition – mixing elements of the surreal and colors of the Honeybee against the lush background of the Pacific Northwest,” said Charity Rose Thielen (via press release). “Also it was pretty hilarious becoming a Bee.”
