Dawes by Dino Perrucci, Phil Lesh by Marc Millman

Phil Lesh has announced that he and his Terrapin Family bandmate/son Grahame Lesh will collaborate with the band Dawes at Terrpain Crossroads for a free show on Sunday, Feb. 2.

“Phil has always enjoyed watching Dawes and never misses them when they’re on the bill,” reads the show announcement on Instagram. “Some of the guys are swinging through town this Sunday, so we’ve invited them down for a jam – Terrapin style!”

This is not the first time this group of musicians have crossed paths. Lesh collaborated with Dawes’ Griffin Goldsmith at a Jason Crosby & Friends set at Terrapin Crossroads as recently as this past September.

The show – billed as Grahame Lesh & Friends ft. members of Dawes & special guest Phil Lesh – will kick off after the Superbowl at 7:30 p.m. PT at Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael, Calif.
