On Jan. 24, Umphrey’s McGee performed at Pittsburgh, Pa.’s Stage AE during their Hindsight 20/20 tour. The show was highlighted by a bust-out of Rush’s “Tom Sawyer” as well as the debut of a new original, “Red Room.”

The first set began with a pairing of “Depth Charge” and “Mad Love.” This was the first performance of “Depth Charge” since April of 2017. In the middle of the set, the band performed a brand new song for the first time, titled “Red Room.” To conclude the set, the band performed a sandwich segment of “Divisions” > “Tom Sawyer” > “Divisions.” The performance of “Tom Sawyer” was the first since Feb. 18, 2017, a gap of 264 shows.

The second set began with “Slacker,” followed by “The Triple Wide.” Later in the set, Umphrey’s covered “Synchronicity II” by The Police. The set closed with “Kula,” and “Conduit” served as the encore.
