Turkuaz have announced that they are leaving behind their rainbow color-scheme for a new EP, dubbed Kuadrochrome (out Nov. 22).

The band will now embrace the hues of black, white, grey and tan as a “visual palate cleanser,” and according to frontman Dave Brandwein the band’s new look “sets the mood for an era harkening back to the funk and soul that the band’s music was born out of.”

Brandwein adds, “As autumn continues to set in, the change around us is impossible to ignore. As with all aspects of life, nothing ever stays the same. Things come and go, and change itself is the only thing we can all count on. For the past five years, Turkuaz has been on a colorful journey all across the U.S. and more recently, around the world. But the time has come to move on to a new era.”

Turkuaz has also announced a new batch of 2020 tour dates. According to to the band, “A special fan pre-sale for the newly announced 2020 tour dates is going on now with general on sale beginning this Friday, November 15th at 10 a.m. local time.”
