Rage Against the Machine have announced a few headlining shows for 2020, along with a headlining slot at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, which will mark the politically charged rockers’ first performances together since 2011, when they played the Los Angeles Coliseum.
Frontman Zach de la Rocha will once again team up with guitarist Tom Morello, drummer Brad Wilk and bassist Tim Commerford starting March 26, 2020, in El Paso, TX, and the dates continue with shows in New Mexico and Arizona before RATM head to Coachella 2020 April 10 and 17.
Morello formed Prophets of Rage with Public Enemy’s Chuck D and Cypress Hill’s B-Real in 2016 around the last presidential election, and Rage are getting back together just in time for next year’s election.
Check out the dates below, along with video of RATM playing “Killing in the Name” from their 2001 live release The Battle of Mexico City.
