On May 17, jamtronica quartet Perpetual Groove will release a new, self-titled album, their first since 2009.

To tease the new release, the band released a new single via Relix.com earlier this week, dubbed “Upswing.”

According to the band, “From the chest-pounding opening notes, there’s a familiar, yet fully-realized sound that fans will find completely new and exciting. The entire album can be summed up in the first verse of Upswing, ‘No more norms which to rely on,’ showcasing a band that’s at the top of their game and ready to take their message to the masses.”

Perpetual Groove’s new record is now available for pre-order.
