After wrapping up her Girls Just Wanna Weekend in Mexico, Brandi Carlile has announced a stretch of tour dates for the summer/fall of 2019 including her first headlining gig at Madison Square Garden. (In 2016, Carlile joined the Avett Brothers at the famed NYC venue, but this new outing marks the first time her name will be on the marquee alone.)

Beginning with a one-off show at Columbia, MD’s Merriweather Post Pavilion on June 14, Carlile will take her tour through the US before eventually hitting MSG on Sept. 14. She will close the outing with a performance at Northern Calfornia’s Greek Theatre. At select dates, Carlile will welcome Lucius as well as the legendary Mavis Staples to open.

Presale for the singer-songwriter’s new tour dates (in bold below) will be available on Wednesday, Feb. 6 at 10 a.m. local time. General onsale will start on Friday, Feb. 8 at 10 a.m. local time.
