After a run of solo shows late last month, including four nights in Minneapolis, Neil Young got back together with his Crazy Horse band on Sunday evening for the first of two gigs in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Young’s website attempted to stream the show but ran into technical difficulties, promising to try again tonight (tune in at Neil Young Archives).

In May of last year, Young and Crazy Horse played their first shows since 2014, and the longtime collaborators took the stage again last night after a short solo set from Young that featured new tune “Green is Blue,” which was debuted during last month’s solo run, along with his classic “Heart of Gold” and “Distant Camera,” which Young hadn’t played since 1999 (per Young fansite Sugar Mountain). Young’s performance with Crazy Horse mixed in an array of Young compositions, including favorites like “Cortez the Killer,” “Cinnamon Girl” and “Winterlong,” and the night closed out with an encore of “Hey Hey, My My (Into the Black).” See the full setlist from last night below.

Along with the aforementioned debut of “Green is Blue,” Young’s previous solo run also featured the debuts of new songs “Olden Days” and “Truth Kills,” plus the live debut of older NY & CH tune “Running Dry (Requiem for the Rockets)” and some rarities like Young’s first “Ambulance Blues” since 2008 and first “Dreamin’ Man” since 1999.

Young and Crazy Horse will head to Winnipeg’s Centennial Concert Hall tonight.
