Experimental rock outlet Tool have been working on their follow-up to 2006’s 10,000 Days for some time, and according to a recent tweet by frontman Maynard James Keenan, a new LP is on the horizon.

“Final vocals tracked MONTHS ago,” Keenan wrote. “…long process of Mixing now.”

The new album, which has yet to be named, will be the band’s fifth release since their 1993 debut Undertow.

Tool’s upcoming tour dates stretch through Summer 2019, although most of them are scheduled in Europe.
