Live From Here, the radio show formerly known as A Prairie Home Companion, will return for its third season with host Chris Thile, and the upcoming schedule has been confirmed, including the program’s season premiere, which will be recorded at San Francisco’s Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival and will feature former Fleetwood Mac guitarist Lindsey Buckingham and Hurray for the Riff Raff.

Season three’s schedule will take Thile and company to venue’s across the country, including a return to New York’s Town Hall for four Saturdays in December. The season opens this Friday October 5, at Hardly Strictly Bluegrass, with that broadcast airing October 6 and 7.
