Big Wu guitarist Chris Castino is doing well following open-heart surgery earlier today, according to the bands manager, Jon Birge. The surgery went fine today and Chris is now starting a long recuperation, says Birge. We don’t know when he’ll be able to play but he expects a full recovery.
For now, The Big Wu has canceled all dates in the month of June.
The band encourages fans to send well wishes to [email protected]..
