Lettuce will release its first album, Outta Here, July 16 on Velour. The band is comprised of guitarist Eric Krasno (Soulive), alto saxophonist Sam Kininger (Soulive), drummer Adam Deitch (Average White Band, John Scofield), guitarist Adam Smirnoff (The Squad), tenor saxophonist Ryan Zoidis (Rustic Overtones), keyboardist Jeff Bhasker (The Squad) and bassist Erick Coomes. Special guests to appear on the album include Fred Wesley, Neal Evans, John Scofield and Tonne Smith.
Lettuce plans to tour in July.
