Just before heading out on the spring tour continuing the celebration of their third studio album, Distroid, Dogs In A Pile have announced their plans to carry the festivities into the dog days with a new batch of summer tour dates. From May 30 to June 14, the rising jam quintet will make 12 more stops across the West, on top of their imminent run of 25 dates down the East Coast and in the Midwest and Texas.

After bringing their previously announced run to a close with a set at Memphis, Tenn.’s third annual RiverBeat Festial, Dogs In A Pile will take just under a month away from the stage before setting off on the first leg of their summer tour with a performance at Livingston, Mont.’s Pine Creek Lodge, On the following evening, the Jersey-based jamband will hike out to Bellingham, Wash.’s Wild Buffalo, then truck to Oregon for a June 2 stand at Bend’ Silver Moon Brewing and a June 3 follow-up at Hood River’s The Ruins.

On June 5, the band will arrive in the Golden State for a stand at South Lake Tahoe’s The Hanger, setting off a seven-stop sprint down the California coast. Shows at Camino’s Delfino Farms, Felton’s Felton Music Hall, Mill Valley’s The Junction, San Luis Obispo’s SLO Brew, Menlo Park’s Guild Theatre will culminate in a June 14 closer at Ventura’s Ventura Music Hall. As this latest dispatch is billed as only the “first course of the summer,” fans can expect more announcements as the seasons change.

Tickets for Dogs In A Pile’s new tour dates are available via a pre-sale now with code TOOKIN. A general on-sale will follow tomorrow, March 6, at 10 a.m. local. Find more information at dogsinapileofficial.com/tour.
