Riding high after a thrilling 2024, Little Feat have started plotting events to carry the momentum into 2025. Today, the legendary roots-rock ensemble unveils its first leg of touring for next year, set to bring the sextet to seven stops along the Southeast in February. These tour dates, which feature support from Jim Lauderdale, will continue the band’s celebration of Sam’s Place, its bold, blues-forward return to the studio after 12 years that made an impression in May.
After rounding out the remainder of its “Can’t Be Satisfied” Tour, which continues with 12 further sets through a finale at Miramar Beach, Fla.’s Moon Crush Cowboy Moon on Nov. 2, Little Feat will return to the road on Feb. 21. The band will kick off its next series with an intimate filmed performance billed as “An Evening with Little Feat” at Nashville, Tenn.’s Eastside Bowl, featuring premieres of some new material. The thrills will continue on the following evening, Feb. 22, when the group takes its roadshow into the depths of The Caverns in Pelham, Tenn.
From their high profile outset, Little Feat’s tour will continue with a stop at Charleston, S.C.’s Charleston Music Hall on Feb. 23. The band will then truck down to The Sunshine State for a trio of Florida gigs, taking the stage at Daytona Beach’s Peabody Auditorium on Feb. 25, Clearwater’s Ruth Eckerd Hall on Feb. 26 and Fort Lauderdale’s The Parker on Feb. 27. These shows will lead directly into the band’s booking for Cayamo: A Journey Through Song, which departs from Miami on Feb. 28 to St. Croix, the U.S. Virgin Islands and St. John’s and Antigua through March 7.
