Members of Dumpstaphunk and Galactic will come together for the FiyaPowa! super jam this spring. The late-night event will take place at New Orleans’ famed Tipitina’s on May 5; doors will open at 1am and the show is slated to kick off at 2am.

The event’s confirmed lineup includes: Ivan Neville, Tony Hall, Robert Mercurio, Stanton Moore, Nick Daniels III, Ian Neville, Alex Wasily, Deven Trusclair, Ashlin Parker and Brad Walker. As expected during Jazz Fest, a number of other players will likely also join in during the early-morning event.

Galactic, who purchased Tip’s in 2018, will host their annual New Year’s Eve concert at the venue in a few days. Featured guests Anjelika “Jelly” Joseph + J and The Causeways will also appear during the night.
