Asheville, N.C.’s Toubab Krewe have announced they plan to set out on a tour this winter with special guest DJ Logic on select dates. The West African fusion group’s tour will be comprised of seven dates leading up to New Year’s Eve weekend.

The run will begin at Cervantes’ Other Side in Denver on Dec. 8 and will see support from The Matt Weiman Band. The following night at the Caribou Room in Nederland, Colo., they’ll be joined by Rocket Parade. From there, the ensemble will head east to Jacksonville, Fla., to link with DJ Logic and perform at the 1904 Music Hall.

DJ Logic will stay with them for three more shows, including stops at the Charleston Pourhouse in Charleston, S.C., on Dec. 15, the Raleigh Pourhouse in Raleigh, N.C., on Dec. 16, and finally, at their hometime Asheville at the Orange Peel on Dec. 17. The bill in Asheville will include the Josh Blake Organ Trio and their stop in Raleigh will see Chill Paxton perform. After a break, the ensemble will perform at the No Resolutions Festival in Brooksville, Fla., on Dec. 30 to close out their travels.
