King Gizzard & The Wizard Lizard took to their official Instagram account to share their plans to release three new albums this October. While the official release date was not revealed, the band did note that pre-orders will begin on Sept. 7 on gizzverse.com.

The Australian rock troupe shared a photo of frontman Stu Mackenzie alongside keyboardist and harmonica player Kenny Ambrose-Smith and drummer Micheal Cavanaugh, who are each donning one of the band’s new forthcoming albums. 

Although the cover art is blurred and has yet to be seen, the band’s enthusiasm pertaining to their new projects is evident in the photo and re-established in their caption, which reads: “REALLY excited to show you all.”

While new music was just confirmed, King Gizzard & The Wizard Lizard alluded to their latest project via Twitter on June 17, when they wrote “3 more albums this year.” See the band’s official Tweet below. 

Moreover, the band also shared a list of time zones so that their international and hometown fans can pre-order all three albums come Sept. 7. They shared that pre-orders will begin at 10 a.m. in Melbourne, 8 a.m. in New York, 5 a.m. in Los Angeles and finally, 1 p.m. in London.
