Sound Summit has unveiled its lineup for the 2022 edition of the one-day music festival, scheduled to take place on Oct. 22 at the picturesque Mountain Theater positioned on top of  Mount Tamalpais State Park in Mill Valley, Calif.

The folks behind the single-day affair shared that this year’s festival headliners will be The War On Drugs. Additionally, they revealed other artists slated to appear on stage at the Bay Area location, including Faye Webster, Fruit Bats and the Wreckless Strangers.

The non-profit Roots & Branches Conservancy presents the event, which began Sound Summit in 2015, raising over $250,000 for Mount Tamalpais since its inception. According to the non-profit’s website, its mission is “dedicated to the conservation of natural resources, both physical and cultural. Wherever possible, we aim to create intersections between the environment, education, and the arts to their mutual benefit.”
