Hangtown Music Festival will return for its final iteration on Oct. 20 through 23 at Nevada County Fairgrounds in Grass Valley, Calif. The organizers behind the event have shared the artist lineup for the three-day festival hosted by Railroad Earth. 

Railroad Earth is set to take the stage in October and perform three sets of music throughout the festival weekend. As a special treat, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe has also signed on to play A Diesel Insane: The Music of David Bowie as a late-night tribute to Ziggy Stardust. 

Additionally, festival-goers can anticipate sets performed by Yonder Mountain String Band, The Mother Hips, Brothers Comatose, Polyrhythmics, Ryan Montbleau Band, Ordinary Elephant, AJ Lee & Blue Summit and more. 

Hangtown Music Festival started in 2011 as Hangtown Halloween Ball. Previously, festivities took place at El Dorado County Fairgrounds in Placerville, Calif., until the event was moved to its new location in Grass Valley, Calif., this year. Past iterations of the festival have seen performances by Gov’t Mule, Leftover Salmon, Twiddle, The Travelin’ McCourys and more industry staples.
