The Smile – Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood and Tom Skinner – have announced their inaugural North American tour. The forthcoming run supports the trio’s debut album, A Light for Attracting Attention, which dropped digitally on May 13 via XL Recordings. The 19-stop tour will begin on Nov. 14 at Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Providence, R.I., followed by a coast-to-coast sweep.

Then, they’ll stick around the Tri-State Area for another performance on Nov. 20 at Hammerstein in New York before dipping down to Washington D.C. on Nov. 23 to play at The Anthem.

From there, the band will pack up and head North for a show in Montreal on Nov. 25; they’ll make a stop on Nov. 25 at the famed Massey Hall in Toronto before dropping back into The States for a performance at Detroit’s Masonic Temple on Nov. 28. After that, the Smile will take a trip to Milwaukee and Chicago before resuming their tour at the iconic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on Dec. 3.

The band will then hit Atlanta’s The Eastern on Dec. 4 before visiting The Big Easy on Dec. 6. The group will play in Dallas on Dec. 8 and Denver on Dec. 10 before heading to the West Coast for a concert at Portland, Ore.’s Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall on Dec. 14. From there, The Smile will truck up to Seattle for a performance at WaMu Theater on Dec. 16.

The last stops of The Smile’s North American debut will include a gig at the notable Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco on Dec. 18 and a final stop on Dec. 21, at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

The threesome is currently on tour in the United Kingdom and Europe. Stemming from the success of their current run, the band tacked on an additional North American leg to give fans a chance to experience their music live and in person.
