Members of Circles Around The Sun, Grateful Shred, The String Cheese Incident and Big Gigantic have announced they will perform on June 18 at the Boulder Theatre in Boulder, Colo. The show has been dubbed Ross James & Goo Brothers and billed as a Dead & Company After Party. 

The event, presented by 97.3 KBCO, Rooster, Terrapin Care Station and Grateful Web, will feature an all-star lineup of talented musicians, including Adam MacDougall, Keith Moseley, Jeremy Salken and Ross James. 

James has spent the last decade on stage at Terrapin Crossroads. He has shared the stage with Phil Lesh and the Grateful Dead, and sat in with other industry titans like John Scofield, Warren Haynes, Bob Weir, Jim James, John Mayer and more. 

The June 18 gig lands on the same date as Dead & Company’s second night at Folsom Field on the campus of the University of Colorado Boulder. Ross James & Goo Brothers are scheduled to begin at 11:30 p.m., allowing fans the time they need to travel from the stadium to the Boulder Theater.
