Starting tonight, April 15, Colorado’s neo-funk outfit, The Motet, will perform the first of their two-night run at the Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn, N.Y. The performances are part of the band’s Keep On Don’t Stoppin’ Tour which kicked off earlier this year on Feb. 3

Both evenings will see the band perform funk-heavy sets with the help of Mike Dillon’s percussive and vocal skills. On Friday, they’ll be joined by up-and-coming and already beloved jamband Eggy, and on Saturday, they’ll welcome Boston funk-pop group Couch.

The shows, presented by Relix, will see a nine-piece ensemble complete with a horn section throwing down rambunctious room-shaking funk and soul arrangements and, without a doubt, a lot of dancing.
