Jon Chi has announced his third solo album, River of Marigolds, due out on April 22. The forthcoming LP follows 2015’s Another Rising Sun.

The new album was influenced by the national state of affairs and touches on topics like wildfires, floods, isolation, and protests while raising children. 

 River of Marigolds features Dave Schools (bass), Dave Zirbel (pedal steel), Jeremy Feinstein (keyboard), Jeremy Hoenig (drums), Mike Emerson (keyboard, harmonica, vocals), John-Paul McLean (bass, harmonica, vocals), Ian “Inxk” Herman (drums), Mingo Lewis Jr. (percussion), Rob Hopper (drums), Ryan Scott (trumpet) and Steven Pile (harmony vocals).
