Co-founders of Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey, Brian Haas and Reed Mathis have announced they will come together for the first time in 14 years for a string of performances up the Californian coast as Electric Beethoven on March 10, 11 and 12.
“It’s been 14 years since Jacob and Fred last shared the stage…and almost 200 since Beethoven took his last bow. This March, the past is the future again,” wrote Mathis on an Instagram post.
The shows will feature Electric Beethoven as a limited duo, making stops in Nevada City, Santa Cruz and San Francisco. They’ll be joined on the last two dates by Toubab Krewe.
