John “Papa” Gros has shared he will act as musical director of the Ardmore Music Hall’s Spirit of NOLA Tribute, honoring Dr. John and Art Neville on March 11 in Ardmore, Pa. 

The event will feature three sets of music, beginning with the New Orlean Suspects, who will kick off the evening at 8 p.m. Next, there will be a tribute to Dr. John at 9:15 p.m. and a tribute to Art Neville scheduled for 10:45; both sets will feature John “Papa” Gros and his band, alongside Leo Nocentelli, Big Sam and members of the NOLA Suspects. 

In the spirit of The Big Easy, the evening will also feature NOLA-inspired grub, including po’boys, muffalettas and gumbo, as well as festive drinks and a two-hour open bar for those interested in purchasing the NOLA-Inspired Dinner & Open Bar Packages. 

The evening will also feature DJ sets from WXPN’s Julian Booker and David Dye. 

Tickets are available in four forms; standard general admission, seated, NOLA-Inspired Dinner and Open Bar Packages and VIP Private Balcony and Booth Rentals.
