GRiZ’s annual event, the 12 Days of GRiZMAS kicked off in Detroit, Mich. on Monday. The annual charity fundraiser focuses on increasing access to music education for Detroit’s youth through the public charity organization Seven Mile

The 12-day celebration began with the grand opening of the GRiZMAS Workshop, a charity pop-up marketplace that is open to the public until Dec. 13. Festivities continue today with a fundraiser dodgeball tournament before the music starts on Saturday.

The Detroit-native will perform tomorrow alongside friends and surprise guests at the GRiZMAS Global Charity Stream/Mystery Party, an all-day event live streaming on Twitch.

The music will pick back up on Thursday, Dec. 7 with performances by local poets, musicians, comedians, DIME students and the GRiZ family at Local Mic Night.

After the success of last year’s Jazz Jam Live Stream, GRiZ and friends will continue the tradition on Dec. 8. Finally, the 12 Days of GRiZMAS will wrap with three nights of holiday concerts beginning Dec. 10 at the Masonic Temple.

Fans can stream the GRiZMAS Global Charity Stream/ Mystery Party tomorrow via Twitch
