The Disco Biscuits closed out their long-awaited three-night run at The Caverns in Pelham, Tenn. on Sunday following a lengthy delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The band hit the stage with a stellar performance of originals and covers which opened with a cover of Señor Boombox’s “Floodlights” marking the first time the Disco Biscuits performed since 2018. After which they played LCD Soundsystem’s “Tribulations,” before breaking into “Lake Shore Drive,” “Down To The Bottom,” “Anthem,” “Lunar Pursuit” and “Confrontation.”

Prior to this weekend’s shows, the Disco Biscuits had only performed “Tribulations” once at their Camp Biscuit event on July 13, 2018. Additional surprises included an inverted rendition of “Caterpillar” on Saturday and a “Purple Rain” teaser at Friday night’s show.

Members Marc Brownstein (bass), Aron Magner (keys), Jon “Barber” Gutwillig (guitar) and Allen Aucoin (drums) paid homage to the natural underground venue with “Down To The Bottom” which was last played at the same subterranean location in April.

The Disco Biscuits are scheduled to take the stage this weekend for two nights at The Wellmont Theater in New Jersey.
