Allman Family Revival have announced they will play a New Year’s Eve show during their upcoming tour. The band will perform at the Macon City Auditorium in Macon, Ga. on Dec. 31 where they’ll be joined by Cody and Luther Dickinson, Jimmy Hall, Robert Randolph and Samantha Fish.
Once envisioned as a single celebration in San Francisco honoring the life and legacy of Gregg Allman, the Allman Family Revival is now in their fifth year of touring. The band had previously announced an eighteen city U.S. run beginning Nov. 27 in St. Louis, Mo., and yesterday added a New Year’s Eve show to the line-up.
In a press release from the band, they named George Porter, Karl Denson, Marc Ford, Ivan Neville, Art Edmaiston, Beth Hart, J.D. Simo, Jessica Lynn and Ally Venable as musical acts that will join the band in select cities.
New Year’s Eve tickets go on sale Friday, Oct. 22, all other tickets are available here.
